Začnemo s poslušanjem stranke in skrbnim preverjanjem prijavljene težave. Prvi korak je potrditev pritožbe, razumevanje, kdaj in kako se težava pojavi, ter zbiranje vseh pomembnih informacij, preden začnemo z diagnostičnim postopkom.

Once the fault is found, we carry out the necessary repair, adjustment,
replacement, wiring correction, programming change, or service work. Every

After the repair is completed, we test the system again to confirm that the
problem is solved. We verify operation under real working conditions
whenever possible, making sure the equipment works correctly before
returning it to the customer.
